Adjoined to St Brelade’s Bay is Ouaisne Bay (and considered by some to be the calmer and quieter little sister to St Brelade’s Bay) which can only be accessed from the eastern end where the car park is situated.
The south-west facing secluded beach is sunny and sheltered from southerly winds by a rocky headland and has patches of lovely sand, but much remains rather wet after the tide has receded.
Accessible from St Brelades Bay on foot, at low tide it’s possible to stroll straight across the sand, while at high tide a rocky pathway winds through a small pine wood.
