The popular Beauport Beach on the south coast is one of Jersey’s best beaches and an authentic sun trap. Situated on the south coast and surrounded by cliffs that shelter it from winds in late afternoon hours or during rough seas – this perfect stretch of sand has been rated as safe for bathing at all states within tide periods thanks to its long steep path down which leads directly into soft golden sand deposits.
Beauport Beach is a 2008 Marine Conservation Society Recommended Beach. There is plenty of parking, public toilets at the car park and beach ends of the cliff path, and is an ideal beach for families.
