Best of St Brelade’s Bay

Set in a beautiful location, St Brelade’s Bay is Jersey’s most popular resort beach and features a large sandy beach with a tiny jetty and seaside parish church at the western end.

The South facing beach with its golden sand attracts plenty of sun, although the western end becomes shaded in late afternoon.  The clear blue water is great for water based activities and there are fun boats and canoe hire available.  Safe for bathing, a 2008 Marine Conservation Society Recommended Beach is popular with all generations and the sheltered bay is the ideal place to relax and watch the kids in a number of activities such as beach volleyball.

With a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shops near-by, and an evening walk along the promenade to admire the scenery a great option, there is plenty to do away from St Brelade’s Bay as well.  There are a number of car parks and good facilities including toilets, cafe, water sports and a beach guard.
